   Zara is a multi-national clothing chain that was founded 47 years ago in Spain. This clothing brand has 2007 stores and they are all around the world. Zara has profiles on all different kinds of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin. 

    To be honest, I am a huge fan of Zara and their clothes. This brand might be one of my all time favorites and the main reason for this is their high quality yet affordable clothing. Zara follows all the trends and it is a good option whether you want to look classy or casual. I love to say that Zara very often gives an impression of a high fashion brand because of their creations. 

    In my opinion, Zara does a great job communicating on their social media platforms. The best proof of this is the number of followers on both Instagram and TikTok platforms. Their Instagram profile currently has 54.2 million followers while their TikTok account counts up to 5 million followers. The main reason why Zara is so followed on social media is because they are very active and up to date. Their TikTok videos are very creative and they aren't only focused on certain pieces of clothes but rather on tips on how to style their products. One thing I like about Zara is that it is very easy to find their social media accounts which are all verified. 

   

    Zara.com represents the official site of the brand. The top of the page shows the logo, a search bar and a drop menu. One thing I like about their drop menu is that it is very specific and well organized. The drop menu includes all departments such as Women, Men, Kids and Home department within which you can find sections for different clothing pieces, special prices, gift cards and so on. At the bottom of the page they have provided links for all of their social media accounts so people could easily access them. In my opinion, Zara's site is pretty effective since it's very well organized and easy for use.

    In my opinion, Zara is very famous and people shop there no matter how good their online communication is. Maybe they could use some celebrities to promote the brand, but to be honest this is not as necessary since most people already have heard of the company. One thing I would change on their official site is to make a bigger focus on sales and special prices. I think this would draw attention from more and more people.
